Most unfortunately, we had to cancel the fifth Berlin concession Days on 12./13. March 2020. The meeting now till take place at the Free University in Berlin under the direction of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Thorsten Siegel and Dr. Christian Braun (Lawyers Braun and Zwetkow, Leipzig) on 12. And 13. November 2020. The programme mainly could be kept. The focus of the meeting is on current questions of concession law, which will be presented by experts and will be discussed in depth. At the same time, the meeting will provide instructions for dealin with this important part of public procurement and distribution law. Specific subjects will be electronic procurement, protection of personal data and of trade secrets in public procurement, the legal exception for emergency services, cancelling of tenders, the VOB/A 2019 and the procurement of concessions from the perspective of local authorities.
